So happy you’re here — I’m Jeremyra.

At the heart of my practice is a genuine passion for relationships and human connection. I believe our lives are profoundly enriched through the bonds we create with others, whether they are with partners, friends, or even within ourselves. I’m fascinated by the ways in which we connect, communicate, and grow together. But more than anything, I’m captivated by intimacy. There is something about that vulnerable, powerful state of closeness that allows us to be truly seen and accepted, both emotionally and sexually.

LEARNING & GROWING

The Experience Behind My Work

Background

I am a relationship and sex therapist with over eight years of experience helping individuals and couples build emotionally secure, deeply connected, and fulfilling relationships. My work focuses on looking beyond surface-level struggles to understand the deeper emotional patterns that influence intimacy, communication, and connection. I see therapy as a collaborative process. I am not here to lecture or take sides. I am here to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I strive to create a space that feels warm and safe, while also being gently direct when growth requires honesty. My role is to guide you toward greater clarity, connection, and confidence in your relationships.

I work with couples navigating emotional and sexual disconnection, desire differences, and communication challenges, as well as individuals seeking greater comfort, confidence, and self-understanding.

Training

I have completed an Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program in Sex Therapy. These experiences shape the way I support clients, blending emotional insight, practical communication tools, and intimacy education to create meaningful and lasting change.
