Sex Therapy for Deeper Intimacy

Sexual intimacy is deeply connected to emotional closeness, trust, and communication. When couples experience distance in their sex life, it often reflects deeper unmet needs or unresolved patterns. Couples sex therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges openly and without judgment.

Together, we work to improve communication around desire, boundaries, and expectations while rebuilding emotional safety and physical closeness. Whether you’re experiencing mismatched libidos, decreased intimacy, or challenges after life transitions, this work focuses on helping you reconnect in meaningful and satisfying ways.

Sex therapy may support you with:

Carrying the work beyond therapy

Therapy doesn’t end because you’re “fixed.” It ends when you feel more connected, confident, and equipped to navigate challenges on your own —or when therapy becomes a supportive check-in rather than intensive work.
